"Getting robbed is not cool." - H.K. Becker This is Mr. Becker's third year teaching at Nashoba. Before he taught at a rougher school where he took his student on a field trip to prison and scared the prisoners. Once Mr. Becker almost got arrested because he license sticker was expired. Another time his car rolled into the school van. Once he gave Caecilia his keys to unlock the copy room, and she lost them. When he was in Italy, he frightened off robbers by yelling, "Praedones!" Once Swedish people stayed at his house. He also teaches A.P. English Literature and Composition, which he affectionately refers to as "that other class." Other interesting facts about Mr. Becker: 1) He met his wife in fourth grade. 2) He has had malaria twice. 3) He prefers to give tests and quizzes on yellow lined paper. 4) He went to U.C. Berkeley but he thinks of Atlantic Union College as his alma mater. 5) He gives out the best Halloween candy in his neighborhood. 6) He is going to name his daughter "Betsy." (Maybe.)
